One of the major events for the KIT Business Community this February is the launch of the Khan-Tengri EMBA programme.
The first module of the training - "Operations Management" - was held on 23-25 February 2024. Over two days, residents and programme participants studied:

Feedback from participants of the 1st module of EMBA "Khan-Tengri"

The group is amazingly engaged, they try to dig deep, try to make sense of everything and ask very intelligent questions. It makes you feel like you're doing something useful by giving answers. At no point did the group lose focus or engagement. One gets the most usefulness out of everything. It's a very high level of energy that entrepreneurs always create. This is an environment of people who are creators of their lives and the world.
The second thing that impressed me a lot was KIT's achievements as a club. People, without prior agreement, talked about themselves without separating themselves from the Community. This kind of thing is not achieved with just words. It means that they associate themselves with KIT, see themselves as a group.
And thirdly, maybe for you this is a common thing, but I come from St Petersburg, we do not have such a warm hospitality. The word is quite hackneyed, but here it is in every detail, and that gives it a special meaning.
From the parts I led, it was obvious that everyone is very keen to do something precise, concrete and practical for themselves. So my wish for all the participants is that their businesses, with the help of the knowledge gained at the EMBA, achieve what they themselves want to achieve. And then we would be proud to say that it was achieved with our participation.

The knowledge we get here is really excellent. Current issues have been discussed. We did not know about many things. Interesting games were played, which make you tense your brain. I was convinced: this is really worthwhile knowledge from which we are energised.
Usually, if you go to study, you get tired. This is not the case here, on the contrary, you want more and more to keep studying. We didn't even realise how quickly lunch came.
So I am very grateful to the KIT Community. Thanks guys!

We started with an introduction to the AMI business school. These guys will pump us up for the whole 9 months, 1 module each. These will be monthly meetings where practical training will take place.
And today we put a plan in place for how we're going to go about getting to know our speakers. I like everything about it. The most important thing is that the training is conducted by like-minded practising businessmen. It is valuable that we are being trained in a circle of entrepreneurs with similar goals and values.
Learn and you will be happy!
