In parallel with training in EMBA "Khan-Tengri", all its participants undergo the project "I am a creator". It is aimed at increasing understanding of oneself, one's motivation and value.

The project "I am a creator" is held in 3 stages:
Self-knowledge (preparatory)
At this stage, Residents find their strengths and weaknesses, identify their achievements and advantages.
Self-identification (identifying personal KPIs).
Defining your values, beliefs and principles in life. Assessment of your reputation in society and your role in it. Formulation of desires and the main dream.
Self-realisation (the beginning of the journey to one's highest perspective)
Formulation of the main life goal and mission, mapping of personal resources. Their concentration to start realising the planned mission.

At the end of the project "I-Creator" each of its participants should understand in what direction it is worth applying the knowledge that will be given on the EMBA programme.
