Developing the knowledge and skills of Residents is one of the goals of the Business Association. To make the skills as relevant and useful as possible, the Association launches its own EMBA programme "Khan-Tengri". The programme is written jointly with AMI Business School (St. Petersburg).

The main value of EMBA "Khan-Tengri" is the author's programme "I am a Creator". With its help, participants identify their strengths, internal goals and motivations even at the start of training. Thanks to this, it becomes clear why and for what purpose the knowledge obtained at EMBA will be needed.

The training consists of 9 modules, covering in as much detail as possible the basic knowledge and skills required to run businesses and projects.
Operations management: introduction to systematic business management, introduction to business processes and strategies.
Financial management: the basics of accounting for business finances and information on important business financial indicators.
Fundamentals of marketing: business segmentation and positioning, basics of developing an effective marketing strategy.
Organisational development: basics of competence-based business management, HR strategies and organisational structures.
Strategic partnerships and supply chain management: introduction to key operational efficiency tools and the fundamentals of procurement and inventory management.
Risk management: the fundamentals of business legal security and its legal governance.
Effective communications: establishing strong team communications, the characteristics of effective negotiation and the importance of charismatic leadership.
Innovation management: creation and implementation of new technologies in work.
Business integration: creating and implementing business strategies, Collins triangle.
Upon completion of the programme, each participant will create and defend their business project.

There are 30 residents participating in the Khan-Tengri EMBA programme.
